About this role
Deepixel is looking for a Remote Full Stack Developer to join our distributed engineering team and contribute to the design, development and delivery of modern software applications for clients across different industries.
This is a hands-on development role involving frontend development, backend services, APIs, databases, cloud environments and application integrations.
You will work closely with Deepixel's engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions.
The role is suitable for a developer who is comfortable taking ownership of development tasks, solving technical problems independently and collaborating effectively within a remote team.
You do not need experience with every technology in our stack. Strong development fundamentals, problem-solving ability and the willingness to learn new technologies are more important.

Responsibilities
Develop, test and maintain modern web applications.
Build responsive and reusable frontend components.
Develop backend services, APIs and business logic.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and third-party services.
Design and work with relational databases.
Troubleshoot frontend, backend, API, database and integration issues.
Translate business and functional requirements into development tasks.
Participate in technical discussions, solution planning and architecture reviews.
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts and demonstrations when required.
Write maintainable, scalable and well-structured code.
Perform code reviews and follow established development standards.
Use Git-based development workflows and maintain appropriate documentation.
Work closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments and environment configuration.
Support production applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
Contribute to cloud-based and AI-enabled software solutions.
Communicate progress, technical risks and dependencies clearly within the remote team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Approximately 1–4 years of software development experience.
Good understanding of full stack application development.
Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Experience with React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworks.
Understanding of responsive web development, HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience developing or integrating REST APIs.
Backend development experience with Laravel/PHP, Node.js, Java Spring Boot or comparable technologies.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Understanding of database design, queries and application data flows.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub or similar version-control platforms.
Exposure to Docker, CI/CD and cloud environments such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is preferred.
Understanding of authentication, authorization and secure application-development practices.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
Ability to collaborate with distributed engineering and product teams.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG applications or workflow automation is an advantage but not mandatory.
